Due to the current Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, there may be changes to the services that you receive from our partners. Each Partner will ensure that their website is updated to keep you informed of changes in service, office closures and opening hours which you can access by following the links at the bottom of this page.
Can I move home?
Yes. The Government has recently announced changes to allow for people to move home provided strict social distancing guidelines are followed. If you are looking for a new home or you have recently been offered a new home, contact the landlord advertising the property who will be able help you. Further information may also be available on their website.
In line with guidance from the Government and Public Health, all landlords are implementing a number of measures and procedures to keep everyone involved safe. As a result of this, it may take longer for repairs to be carried out and for properties to be ready for you to move into.
Should you have any questions about your housing application, please contact one of the organisations, details can be found here.
Can I still submit a housing application?
Yes, you can still submit a housing application on the website, but there may be a delay in processing due to a reduction in the number of staff working on these. We will contact you via email or telephone to let you know what to do next.
